Who we are

MONOHAUS is a creative and web design studio based in Karachi, Pakistan, working with brands worldwide. In this policy “we” means MONOHAUS. You can reach us about anything here at shafay@monohaus.xyz.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us, plus standard analytics:

• Enquiry forms on this website: your name, email, and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, your brand or website, your budget range and your message.
• Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram (for example our free homepage mockup offer): your name, email, your website or store link, and your answers to the form’s questions. Meta passes these to us when you submit the form.
• Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived, collected by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel through cookies and similar technology.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send what you asked for, such as a homepage mockup.
• To follow up about our services. You can tell us to stop at any time.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the studio:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for lead forms, the Pixel and advertising.
• Google, for analytics and email.
• n8n, which receives website form submissions and routes them to us.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.

These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and lead form details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if you become a client and we need records for the work and invoices. Ask us and we’ll delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email shafay@monohaus.xyz and we’ll reply within 30 days.

If you’re in Australia, we handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). People in the UK, EU and elsewhere have similar rights under their local laws.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and control the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.

Security

We keep your information in access-controlled accounts and only use it for the purposes above. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

If we change this policy we’ll update this page and the date below.
